FMR Questionnaire
It is characteristic of community radio stations that members of the community it serves are given opportunities to participate in the operation of the service. Feedback from listeners, volunteers, community members or advertisers is encouraged by using the questionnaire below. Local magazine, newspaper as well as radio announcements will also be used to encourage feedback, which is a 2 part FMR listeners/supporters project. The questions are brief, completion should not take longer than a few minutes but the information received will be invaluable to the FMR team. It is our intention to use this knowledge to better serve the FMR community. I am extremely grateful to you for your time, valuable contributions and insight.
