The Noshbudha Club is a fun, interactive, informal and intimate cooking class lead by Eugene Lebreton, where guests cook various everyday French classics, bistro delights and cosy winter comforts. Suitable for anyone who shares a passion for food and cooking and a desire to learn new skills or simply come to meet new people and enjoy a great meal. Guests can bring own alcohol.
What to expect:
Ragoût de queue de bœuf-Classic oxtail cooked in red wine, cognac and herbs. Genoise (sponge cake) with whipped cream and berry compote.
