The CPO will celebrate 30 years of democracy, supported by the City Council, with the CPO Afri-Arts Choir and soloists conducted by Brandon Phillips and monwabisi mbambani. Eight folk songs including Plea for Africa will be performed, along with the premiere of Rise of the Hunter by Warren Bessey, celebrating the San culture. The pre-concert talk is at 18:45 and the dress rehearsal is at 11.
