On Saturday, the 1st of August, Carmién Tea is hosting an exclusive Women’s Wellness Cooking Event at the high-energy Food Jams in Salt River.
Get ready for a hands-on, rooibos-infused cooking experience guided by an incredible panel. You’ll hang out with MasterChef SA winner and wellness coach, Kamini Pather, hormonal women’s health expert, Dr Ledivia Strauss, and culinary legend, Carmen Niehaus.
They’ll be dishing up amazing food while diving into the real conversations women need to hear – from gut health and hormones to tackling burnout and regulating your nervous system.
